Crew Keys processes information needed to operate the public website, respond to inquiries, authenticate users, and maintain shared-fleet records. Organizations remain responsible for deciding what operational information they enter and who should have access.
Public website
The public site can receive contact-form information you choose to submit. Optional website analytics may be enabled on public marketing pages to understand acquisition and product interest.
Product accounts and fleet records
The application stores account identifiers and organization-scoped operational records such as vehicle checkout, inspection, fault, mileage, return, maintenance, and audit information when those features are used.
Access and retention
Authorized organization administrators control membership and operational access within their organization. Retention requirements can vary by customer and deployment and should be established as part of the organization's operating policy.
Sensitive information
Crew Keys is intended for fleet accountability, not for storing passwords, classified information, medical information, or unrelated sensitive personal data in free-text fields.
