Crew Keys pricing

Pricing built around the shared fleet you manage.

Crew Keys does not currently publish fixed self-service plan prices. Pricing discussions are based on the size and structure of the fleet, the way the organization will use Crew Keys, and any deployment or support requirements that materially change the setup.

No placeholder pricing

Get a quote based on the operation you actually need to run.

Crew Keys is built around shared vehicles, so fleet size is a more meaningful starting point than simply counting every employee who may need to use a vehicle.

A single organization managing one pooled fleet is different from a larger deployment that needs multiple organizations, broader oversight, or more involved onboarding.

Fixed public tiers can be added here when they are finalized without changing the URL or forcing buyers to find a different pricing page later.

What affects a quote

A few operational details matter more than a long feature checklist.

The goal is to understand the fleet and deployment rather than make a prospect work through dozens of artificial add-ons before anyone can discuss cost.

Fleet size

The number of shared vehicles being managed is the clearest indicator of the scale of the operational workload Crew Keys will support.

Organization structure

A straightforward company vehicle pool is different from a deployment that needs multiple operating groups, parent-level visibility, or more complex administrative boundaries.

Deployment needs

Onboarding, support expectations, hosting requirements, security requirements, and other implementation needs can affect the scope of a commercial deployment.

Start with your current cost

Know what the manual process is consuming before comparing software cost.

The Shared Fleet Cost Calculator estimates staff time tied to vehicle handoffs, status chasing, physical verification, fault handoffs, and record reconciliation using your own workflow and hourly rate. It does not require a Crew Keys subscription price to be useful.

Pricing questions

What you can know before requesting a quote.

Do I need to buy GPS hardware?

No. Crew Keys is browser-based and its core shared-vehicle accountability workflow does not depend on GPS trackers or vehicle-installed hardware.

Are fixed monthly tiers published yet?

Not currently. This page is the permanent pricing destination, and fixed public tiers can be added here when the commercial plan structure is finalized.

What should I send when asking about pricing?

A rough vehicle count, how many groups or organizations need to use the system, and any unusual deployment or security requirements are enough to start a useful conversation.

Talk through the fleet

Start with the vehicles, users, and operating structure you already have.

Tell Crew Keys roughly how many shared vehicles you manage and how the fleet is organized. That is enough to begin a pricing and fit discussion without forcing your operation into a generic package first.
